Juce Vape sells products intended only for adults who are 21 years of age or older.

Carrier Requirements
Federal regulations governing Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS) require strict shipping compliance. As a result:
- Orders may only be shipped through approved carriers.
- Delivery times may be longer than standard e-commerce shipments.
- Adult Signature Required (ASR) services may be used for eligible shipments.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. (ATF)
Order Processing
- Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days.
- Processing times may increase due to age verification requirements, compliance reviews, or carrier delays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned because:
- Age verification could not be completed,
- An adult signature was not available,
- The shipping address was incorrect,
- Delivery was refused,
the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees, restocking fees, and any carrier charges incurred.
